When Will My Order Ship?

Processing takes about 3-5 days depending on the item, but overall shipping time, I usually ship using priority which should take about 2-3 days.

made to order: allow 4-5 days for processing because I have to hand make the plant stakes.

preorder: typically 3-4 weeks. estimated shipping time will be displayed on the product page.

I ONLY ship with USPS for international orders. Please be aware that we cannot control the packages arrival time for any international orders.

Yes you can! Just choose local pickup at checkout - this will void the shipping charge, and allow you to pick your piece up in person. please wait for an email with detailed instructions, and please do not show up outside of the date/time that has been arranged.

How do I take care of my items?

mushrooms and other plant stakes

To avoid breakage please do not bend or put heavy items on top of plant stakes. Although these have water protectant glaze, take the plant stakes out when you are watering your plant. May break or get damaged if dropped or harshly handled. Please keep in mind that these earrings are handmade plant stakes. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations may occur compared to the picture.

Please treat these decorations as you would any other piece of decor, these are not children's toys. While the polyurethane glaze should withstand water, if you'd like the integrity to last longer, please take them out before water your plants.

ceramics

Our items that do have silver luster/paint are not dishwasher and microwave safe. All other ceramic items are both dishwasher and microwave safe and will be marked as such! The only main thing I recommend is avoiding extreme temperature changes - such as from taking your mug out of the refrigerator to pouring boiling water into it. 

stickers

Our stickers stick best to clean, dry, smooth surfaces. Textured surfaces are not recommended (this may include powder coated water bottles!) I recommend wiping off the surface with alcohol and letting dry prior to applying. This provides the best surface for the adhesive to cling to. Once the sticker is applied; rubbing the sticker with your finger a few times helps the adhesive stick better, especially if the sticker was previously in a cool area.

NOTE: These are not recommended as car decals. They'll have a better life as a laptop or a notebook.

How Accurate Are the Colors Shown in Your Photos?

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to different display settings and lighting conditions. I recommend referring to the product descriptions and details for additional information about the color and material of the items. If you have any specific color-related queries, you can always email me. I try my best to match pantone colors as much as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy?

I do not offer refunds for returns at this time.

I accept exchanges on full priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for item exchange or store credit. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses related to exchanges.

All sale items (including flash sale items) and intimates are final sale.

Please note that all returns must be new, unused, and with the original tags still attached. All returns will be checked.

My Item Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

I apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your item arrived damaged, please contact me immediately. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Rest assured, I will do best to resolve the issue.
